iCrIOW ALL NEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Charles W. Crooks, a single
adult and Myrtle E. Crooka an unremarried widow, parties to those certain
agreecnents executed by Charles W. Crooks, a single adult and Myrtle E.
Crooks, an unremarried widow, and Cuban American Club of Fort Pierce, Inc.
under date of August 24, 1977 recorded in O.R. Book 274, page 26, St.
Lucie'County, Florida,.public records encumbering real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows: '
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida. (The North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 is an
assumed bearing of West). Run South 2° 46' 30" East along the West line
of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of 33.04 feet to a
point on the S~uth right of Way of Kirby Loop Road, said point being the
point of beginning. From the point of beginning o nt~nue~South 2° 46' 30"
East 219.15 feet to a point; thence run North 87 13 30 East 230.0 feet
to a point; thence run North 2° 46' 30" West 208.0 feet to a point on the
South right of way line of Kirby Loop Road; thence run West along ~aid
right of way line.230.27 feet to the point of beginning. The above tract
contains 1.13 acres.
At the request of said Cuban American Club of Fort Pierce, Inc., and
in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable
conaiderations inuring to the undersigned from First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce, do hereby subordinate the operation of
f said agreement to the lien and operation of that certain mortgage, and the
? indebtedness secured hereby executed by the said Cuban American Club of

~ Pierce under date of May 25, 1978, recorded in O.R. Book 290, at page

~ 2863, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, securing the sum of
~ $22,000.00, and encumbering the above described real property, in the same
manner and effect as if said mortgage had been dated and filed for public

~ record prior to and in advance of the agreements held by the undersigned
~ which is hereby subordinated.
