PETITION FQR DISCHARGE -
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above.
Estate, alleges: , '
1. The decedent, THEODORE R. PURRINGTON, a resident of
Franklin County, Massachusetts, died on June 15, 1977, and Letters
of Administration were issued to Petitioner on March 15, 1978.
2, Petitioner files herewith a waiver of final accounting
by the sole beneficiary of this Estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate, by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provisions for the pay-
ment of all expenses of administration. _
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
; of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court
f
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate's obligations for both
~ Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
~ 5. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets
~ of this Estate as set forth in the Schedule of Distribution attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
