FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came to be heard before this Court upon the
Wife's Petition for Dissolution of t~larriage and the Court
having heard the testimony, finds as follows: '
(1) That the Petitioner, TERESA SINGLEY, has been a
~ resident of the State of Florida for more than six months prior
to the filing of the Petition.
(2) That jurisdiction has been properly obtained over
the husband thraugh personal service of process.
(3) That the marriage is irretrievablf broken.

~ (4) That the Wife, Petitioner is the best person to

~ have_the custody and control of the three minor children born
4 . of the marriage, to-wit: ANTHONY RAY SINGLEY, JAMES SIDiVEY SIPJGLEY,

~ III, and JOSEPH SCOTT SINGLEY.

~ WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUD(~ED as follows:
~ , (1) The marriage between JAMES SIDNEY SINGLEY and

~ TERESA SINGLEY, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ ~ parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds of
