'hiIg CqUSE having come on for further hearing on the 7th daY
of August, 1978, and Respondent having requested a continuance for further
discovery in the cause and it further being stipulated that Respondent
pay temporary support in the amowit of $15.00 per week to be held in the
registry of the court pending the outcane of this case, it is,

the 30th day of October 1978, at 3:00 P. M. It is further,
pRDEREp qNp qDJUDGF,D that Respondent pay temporary support
in the amount of ~15.00 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment
of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing suppart payments. These pay-
ments are to begin on the 14th day of August 1978, and thereafter on Monday
of each and every week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's

; check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
i
` Cotmty, Florida, P. 0. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida; said fiuids to be held
~ by the registry of the court and upon final disposition of the case to be

~ released to the prevailing party.

~ This court shail retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
~ purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may

be deemed equitable.
