THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Defendants' Motion
to Dismiss, and after arguments of counsel and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby adjudged as follows:
1. The Court having found that more than one (1) year
has elapsed without prosecution of the case and the Court having
further been informed by counsel for the Plaintiff that he has no
objection to a dismissal with prejuduce in the cause. it is
hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Complaint filed by JAt~S L.

~ ~heard argument of counsel, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that
the Plaintiff is liable for the Defendants' attorney's fees in
~ the cause. A separate evidentiary hearing will be scheduled to
~ ; determine the amount of attorney's fees due the Defendants from the

~ ~ Plaintiff.
