. The petition of BLSIB M. 0'LAUC~I.IN respectfully showe:
1. 8V8RETT ADiAMS, died on February 18, 1978, leaving no Will and
petitioner was appointed as personal representative on April 19, 1978 and pet-
itioner deema it for the best interest of the estate that the following des-
cribed property of the estate be sold: -
Lot 3, Block 1, Col. H.D. GOFORTH SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof ae recorded in Pl~t Book 12, Pages 1
~ 2 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. It will be to the beat interest of the estate to sell said property
and that said property be sold in order to pay the debts of the estate and make
distribution according to law; petitioner has been able to obtain an offer of
$13,000.00 for said property which she considera sufficient to suthorize a
; private eale, and petitioner alleges that said property should be sold privately

; for cash, subject to confirmation of this Court.

~ 3. That the sole beneficaries under the estate have directed the

~ sale, one of which is the surviving widow of the decedent.

~ 4. That the above said offer is in excese of the appraised value for

g tax purposes, not divisible in its present condition.

~ WHERSFORE, petitioner prays an Order be entered authorizing the per-
~
~ sonal representative to sell above said property, said sale to b~ made privately
~
~ for cash in the amount of $13,000.00.
