The petition of B.LSIS M. 0'LAU(~LIN, pereonal representative of the
estate of BVERBIT ADAMS, deceased for leave to sell certain property, deacribed
in the Petition, for the purpose of paying the debts of the estate and making
distribution according to law, coming on this day to be heard; and it having
been made appear to the Court that it is to the best interests of the Estate
to sell the property for payment of probate and distribution, and the Court
being full advised thereupon: ~
IT IS CONSID$RED, ORDBRED and ADJUDGED:
1. The peraonal representative is hereby authorized to sell at
private sale property deacribed as:
Lot 3, Block 1, Col. H.D. GOFORTH SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1
; ~ 2 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
` Said sale shall be made f or cash for a sum not less than $13,000.00.
