this Court.
7. An Order Authorizing Sale of Real Property was entered
herein on the 14th day of June, 1978, authorizing the sale of the
entire parcel, Subsequent to the entry of said Order, and prior to
the sale of said real property, it was determined that this Estate
has an interest of only two-thirds in said real property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that an Amended
Order be entered authorizing him to sell said property on the terms
and conditions set forth above.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
