AMENDED ORDER AUTHORIZING
SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause coming on to be heard before this Court upon the
Amended Petition of CLIFFORD ROBERTSON, as personal representative of
the Estate of GLADYS R. JOHNSTON, deceased, for an Amended Order
authorizing the sale of the real property hereinafter described, and
the Court finding that all heirs have consented to the entry of this
Order, and it appearing that the best interests of this Estate would
be served by the sale of said real property, and the Court being fully
advised, it is ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that CLIFFORD ROBERTSON, as personal
representative of the Estate of GLADYS R. JOHNSTON, deceased, is
hereby authorized to sell the following described real property at
