. PETITION FOR ORDER
AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

Petitioner, ROBER2 C. JOHNSTON, alleges:
1. That he is the personal representative of the above
Estate and is a beneficiary of said Estate to the extent of one-
fourteenth interest.
2. Part of the assets of this Estate consist of the
following-described real property:
An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in:
East 165 feet of the NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4
of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
LESS right-of-way for Orange Avenue.
3. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary
~ and to the best interest of the Estate to sell the above-described
~
~ property to provide funds for the payment of the debts of the
~ decedent and costs of administration.
; 4. Petitioner further alleges that the improvements located
~
~ on said real property are uninhabited, rapidly deteriorating, and
~ in need of extensive repair.
~ 5. The entire parcel of said real property of which the
~
~ decedent's undivided one-third interest is a part, has an appraised
~
~ value of $15,000.00, and an offer has been received to purchase said
~
~
entire parcel of real property for the sum of $20,000.00 cash, which
~
~ is well in excess of the appraised value. This Estate's interest in
said cash purchase price is $6,666.66.
~ 6. Petitioner attaches hereto Waivers and Consents by the
beneficiaries of this Estate, waiving all notice and consenting to

the sale of said real property.
