ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause coming on to be heard before this Court upon.the
Petition of ROBERT C. JOHNSTON, as personal representative of the
Estate of CLARENCE RICHARD JOHNSTON, deceased, for an Order authorizing
the sale of the real property hereinafter described, and the Court
finding that all interested persons have consented to the entry of
this Order, and it appearing that the best interests of this Estate
would be served by the sale of said real property, and the Court being -
fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROBERT C. JOHNSTON, as personal
representative of the Estate of CLARENCE RICHARD JOHNSTON, deceased,
is hereby authorized to sell the following described real property at
private sale for the sum of $6,666.66 cash:
