ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE
This cause was heard before me this day upon the Petition
for Final Discharge of MARY F. DAVIS, as Ancillary Personal
Representative of the Estate of THOMAS JOSSPH KAVENY, and it
appearing to the court that MARY F. DAVIS has satisfactorlly ad-
ministered all the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the
decedent located in Florida and has distributed the assets of
this estate in accordance with the applicable Florida law and
Will of decedent; that it having been made to appear affirmatively
that a proper Receipt has been received from the sole beneficiary
of the decedent and that MARY F. DAVIS has performed all other
acts necessary to her final discharge, including the filing of
; the Receipt, and there being no objections to the entry of the
