PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
Petitioners, as personal representative of the above
estate allege:
1. Decedent, Vera G. Lee, a resident of St. Lucie~
County, Florida, died on May 25, 1977, and letters of administra-
tion were issued to petitioners on June 6, 1977. ~
2. Petitioners file with this petition a final ac-
~counting containing a complete report of all receipts and
disbursements since the commencement of administration of this
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed in it,
if any .
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or m.3king provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.

i 4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be

{ paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,

~ appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
~ tatives are:

obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
