4. The Petitioner made an oral Motion To Amend
the Petition For Removal Of The Administrator during the
hearing on July 31, 1978;
And the Court having heard the argument of counsel
. and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: •
1. That the rlotion of the Respondent for Clari-
fication Of Order Setting Trial On Amended Petition For
Removal Of Administrator be, and it is hereby, granted and
the provisions of the Order of this Court rendered on the
31st day of May, 1978, setting trial on the Amended Petition
For Removal Of The Administrator, be, and it is hereby,
vacated and set aside.
2. That on September 6, 1978, at 9:30 o'clock A.M.,
; the Motion To Amend Petition For Removal Of The Administrator,
~ filed herein by the Petitioner, and all other pending motions,
~
' including those motions directed to said motion to amend,
~ .
~ shall be heard at that time.

~ 3. That the time period within which the Petitioner
~
i
~ shall answer and respond to supplemental discovery proceedings
~
~
~ commenced herein by the Respondent shall be a period of five (5) .

~ days. ~
