6. JOSEPH r1ESSINA and ANGELENA MESSINA, are qualified
to act as Guardians under the provisions of the Florida Statutes
in that they are residents of the State of Florida, sui juris, and
have not been guilty of any acts which would disqualify them from
serving in such capacity.
WNEREFORE, yoir Petitioners request that JOSEPH MESSINA~
and ANGELENA MESSINA be appointed as Guardians of the Person of
ROBYN *~SSINA, a minor, and that this Petition be recorded among
the records of this Cour t.
