The Petition of JOSEPH J. MESSINA, MIRIAH MESSINA, JOSEPH
MESSIPdA, and ANGELENA MESSINA, for the appointment of a guardian of
the person of ROBYN t~IESSINA, a minor, having come on before the
Court this day to be heard, and it appearing from the Court that the
above named person is incompetent by reason of minority, and that
under the statements and allegations of the Petition, it is necessary
for the Guardian of the person to be appointed; the Court~having
jurisdiction and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JOSEPH MESSTNA and ANGELENA
MESSINA are appointed as guardians of the person of ROBYN MESSINA,
a minro.
