TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, JOSEPH MESSINA and ANGELENA MESSINA have been
appointed guardians of the person of ROBYN MESSINA, a minor, and
have_taken the prescribed oath and performed all other acts necessary
to qualify as such guardians:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Judge of the above-
entitled Court, declare JOSEPH MESSINA and ANGELEPIA MESSINA duly
qualified urider the laws of the State of Florida to act as guardians
~ of the person of ROBYN MESSINA, a minor, with full power to have the
~ care, custody and control of said incompetent. ~
