In the event neither survives me, then I give, devise and bequeath
one-half of this bequest to the First Presbyterian Church of
Fort Pierce, Florida, and one-half to The First Church of Christ
Scientist, 602 Parkway, Fort Pierce, Florida.
E. Five {5$) per cent to MRS. CATHERINE L. TAYLOR,
~204 North 20th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. In the event she fails
to survive me, tnen I give, devise and bequeath one-half of'this
bequest to the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Pierce, Florida, and
one-half to The First Church of Christ Scientist, 602 Parkway,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
F. Ten (10$) per cent to the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
of Fort Pierce, Florida, to be used for the general purposes and bene-
fit of said First Presbyterian Church.
_ G. Ten (10$) per cent to the FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST
SCIENTIST, 602 Parkway, Fort Pierce, Florida, to be used for the general
purposes and benefit of said First Church of Christ Schientist.
H. Five (5$) per cent to MRS. LILLIANNE HUGHES, c/o
Mrs. Harriet Pillinger. In the event she fails to survive me, then
I give, devise and bequeath her share to MRS. HARRIET PILLINGER, Glen
Ellyn, I11inQis.

I. In the event my estate is subject to Federal and/or
State estate taxes, I direct that same shall be computed and paid out
of my entire estate before determining the amounts due under the various
percentages, and that the percentages set out heretofore shall be de-
termined based on the net estate after payment of estate taxes, pro-
vided, however, that this clause shall not be construed in any fashion
to eliminate or decrease the charitable deduction available to the
estate.
FOURTH: At this time I have in mind my adopted brother,
WILLIAM HENRY JONES, and I leave nothing to him, and he shall take
nothing hereby. I was not responsible for his adoption and have no
obligation as far as he is concerned.
