from EDWARD J. REGAN under F. S. 46.Q11 of one-third (1/3) of the

~ FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, which Judgment was in the total

' amount of $ 5,587.90. It is thereupon

of the Cross-Plaintiffs, TRANS-CONTINENTAI, PROPERTIES, INC., JAMES
