On Application of the Cross-Plantiffs, COMPASS INVEST-
MENTS, INC., JAMES E. SCHULTE and A. H. McINTIRE, for entry of

Judgment against EDWARD J. REGAN, pursuant to Rule 1.500(e) of
the Rules of Civil Procedure:

~ The Court finds that COMPASS INVESTMENTS, INC., JAMES
E. SCHULTE and A. H. McINTIRE are entitled to a contr-ibution
from EDWARD J. REGAN under F. S. 46-Oll of one-third (1/3) of
~ the amount of the Judgment entered against them in favor of SOUTH-
EAST FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, which Judgment was in the
total amount of $?,294.90. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AUJUDGED that Judgment be entered in favor
~
of the Cross-Plaintiffs, COMPASS INVESTMENTS, INC., JAMES E. SCHULTE
and A. H. McINTIRE, and against EDWARD J. REGAN, in the sum af
$4,598.30, for which let execution issue. This Judgment corrects
that Judgment entered June 12, 1978. `
