THIS AGREEMENT made on the 31st day of July , 19 78 , by and
between Southern Federal Savings and Loan Association of Broward County, hereinafter .
called Association, and FRED NAPOLI and JOSEPAINB NAPOLI, his wife
, hereinafter called O~.~ners:
WHEREAS Association loaned to Owners the sum of 1WENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND
N~~t~O------ - Dollars (S~~.000.00 evidenced by
pror~issory note dated ,1une 10 , 19~_, and
[~HEREAS said note was secured by a first mortgage qn th.~ real estate in
~t Luc{e County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, Block 70 of South Port St. Lucie, Unit 5, according
to the plat thereof, re~orded in Plat Book 14, Page 12, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and said mortgage was recorded June 15 , 19 76 , in Official Record Book
253 , page 1856 , of the Public Records of t. Luc~e , County, Florida, and
WHEREAS the (h~,-ners have requested the Association to make an additional
advance to them,
*idN THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and
valuable consideration and the covenants and agreements contained herein, the
parties hereto hereby agree as follows:
1. The Owners promise to pay to [he order of the Association the sum of ~
SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRIY ONS AND 97/100---pollars 7.531.97 ) and
interest thereon in repayrient of an additional advance under said mortgage and the
provisions of this Agreement are hereby made a paYt of said original note and
mortgage as co~pletely as if incorporated verbatim therein. The above stated amount
is hereby added to the present unpaid balance of the indebtedness owed by the Owners
to the Association and the total unpaid balance as of the date hereof (including
said advance) is the sum of THIRTY ~+10 THOUSAND TF10 HUNDRED AND NO/100
Dollars 32.200.00 all of which the Owners promise to
pay with interest at Ei¢ht and 3/4 percent ( 8 3 4 X) per annum until
paid, and (h~mers proQise to perform all of the obligations of said note and mortgage
herein revised.
2. Beginnfng with the monthly installment due on the 15th day of
f , 19~~, and thereafter the amount of the monthly installment
~ due on said note shall be Dollars
f 259_4~ and said amount shall be due on [he same day of each and every month
~ thereafter until all sums secured by said note and mortgage including the advance

~ 3. In all other respects said note and mortgage shall remain in full
~ force and effect. The Owners represent that they are presently the owners of the
property describeZ ~~ove and that said property is subject to the abov~ described
~ note and mor[gage and that there are no other liens or claims against said property.

~ 4. This Agreer~ent shall be binding upon the heirs, personal
~ representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.
