THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before me this day
upon Petition of BRIGITTE NANNELORE ELISABETH KAMPSCHULTE HASCHKE,
as mother, natural guardian, and next of friend, of DIRK HEIKO
ERNST KAMPSCHULTE, and this Court having heard the evidence pre-
sented, it is the finding of this Court:
1. Petitioner, and DIRK HEIKO ERNST KAMPSCHULTE, are bona
fide residents of and domiciled in Saint Lucie County, Florida;
.
2. DIRK HEIKO ERNST KAMPSCHULTE was born September 21,
1961, in Herne, Germany;
3. Since his birth, DIRK HEIKO ERNST KAMPSCHULTE has resided
at the following addresses:

Herne , Germany

~ High School. He has done so for the past two (2) years.
~ 4. The father of the minor child, WILLIAM BECKMANN, has not

~ contested the entry of this Order, after having been duly notified
of this action in accordance with the laws of this State;

~ 5. The Petition was filed for no ulterior or illegal purpose,

~ and the granting of it will not in any manner invade the property

' rights of others, or the partnership, patent, good will, privacy,
