6. The Court has ~urisdiction over the partiea and the
subject matter of this suit;
7. The equities are with the Petitioner in that the relief
petitioned for should be granted.
Therefore, it is the Judgment of this Court and it is
ORDERED that the Petition for name change be and is hereby
granted, changing the name of DIRK HEIKO ERNST KAI~SCHULTE, a minor
child, to DIRK HEIKO ERNST NASCHKE.
