RESOLUTION NO.~8-73
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 69-1546, Laws of '
Florida, 1969, on the 14th day of December, 1976 filed a lien
against JAMES H. & BERTHA L. SULLIVAN on the following
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Block 28, Lots 2 and 3 ~
Sunland Gardens

in the amount of $ 6.pp , said lien being recorded in O.R.
Book 261, at pages 1086 through 1092 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and ' _
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of recorc3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FZorida, in meeting assembled .
this 8th ~ day af August ,19 78 that said Board does
hereby acknowledge the payr~ent and satisfaction of said lien and
directs. the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County to ~
