" RESOLUTION N0. 78-74 ~
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fiftee~ (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
_ owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, fias
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described requests of changes in
zoning classification be GRANTED, and •
WHEREAS, the Soard of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on August 8,1978, after first publishing notice of said
hearing in the News Tribune on July 20, 1978. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- ~
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
8th day of August, 1978, as follows:
