THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court upon
the Wife's Petitian for Dissolution of Marriage and the Court
,
having heard the testimony of the Wife, a default having been
entered against the Husband for a failure to appear or file
~ any pleading or paper in this Court, finds as follows:

(1) That the Petitioner, :~IARTHA FAYE ADKISON, has
" been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six
i:
months prior to the filing of the Petition. ;
~ (2) That jurisdiction has been properly obtained
~ i~ over the Husband through personal service of process. ;

~ (3) That the marriage is irretrievably broken.
~ (4) That the ~Iife is the best person to have the care,

~ ' custody and control of the minor children of the parties,

[~1HEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follo~as:

~ ~ and MARTHA FAYE ADKISON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~ the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds of ~

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
~ tions arising therefrom.
