FINAL JUDG_MENT OF DISSOLUTION OF HARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came to be heard before this Court upon the
~']ife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and the Court having
heard the testimony, finds as follows: . ;
(1) That the Petitioner, LOIS ANN ARBELO, has been a
resident of the State of Florida for more than six months prior
;
to the filing of the Petition.
(2) That jurisdiction has been properly obtained over ,
' the Husband through personal service of process.

~ (3) That~the marriage is irretrievably broken. '

~ (4) That the Wife, Petitioner is the best person to ,

~ ; have the custody and control of the two (2) minor children born

~ of the marriage, to-wit: LUCY ARBELO, and EDWIN ARB~'LO. ~

~ WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~

ARBELO, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
