ORDER .
THIS CAUSE having come before me on August 9, 1978, on
the Father's Motion for Extended Visitation Rights and the ?riother's
Motion to Dismiss the Father's motions and petitions and the Mother's
~ Motion for Change of Venue and the Court having heard argument of
counsel and being otiherwise fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said motion shall be and they
are hereby denied; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Father, DENNIS I.EE DIMINOVICH,
shall pay to the Mother's attorney a reasonable fee of $75.00 for his
representation at the hearing on the motions set forth herein.
