additional property thereunder in order to keep the Mortgagee fully secured
for the obligation owing to it; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is agreeable to such modification so long as it
receives a valid first mortgage lien on all additional property placed under
the terms and effect o.f said mortgage and so long as its mortgage lien on
the remaining real property continues to be a valid first mortgage lien. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (~1.00),
each to the other in hand paid, the receipt whereof is acknowledged, Mort-
gagor and Mortgagee do, by these presents, covenant and agree as follows:
_ 1. The legal description reflected in said mortgage as is recorded ~
in 0. R. Book 280, Page 2901, as corrected in 0. R. Book 281, Page 757 and .
as again corrected in 0. R. Book 282, Page 530, all in the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, is changed to reflect the following legal
description: '
East 333 feet of the South 200 feet of the North 300 feet less and
excepting tfie South 21 feet thereof, of Lot 2, Block 3 of MODEL LAND
COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 41 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND ~
East 333 feet of the South 189 feet of Lot 2, Block 3 of MODEL LAND
COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 41 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

! 2. Mortgagor covenants that all of the above-described property

; mortgaged hereunder is free and clear of any claims, liens or encumbrances ~

s whatsoever, which are superior to the first mortgage lien of Mortgagee
