4. Except as herein modified, all other terms, conditions, and
covenants of the mortgage deed dated January 23 A. D., 1978, as is recorded
in 0. R. Book 280, Page 2901, as corrected by instrument recorded in 0. R.
8ook 281, Page 751 and as again corrected by instrument recorded in 0. R.
Book 282, Page 530 all in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the promissory note secured thereby, shall remain in full force and
effect; and the parties further agree that the covenants contained in this '
Mortgage Modification Agreement shall become a part of and be subject to
all the terms and conditions of the aforesaid originial mortgage agree-
ments and promissory note secured thereby.
5. This Agreement shall~inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
personal representatives, successors and assigns of the respective parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be
executed in its name and its corporate seal to be affixed by its President,
duly authorized, and the Mortgagor has caused this Agreement to be executed
in its name, the day and year first above written.
