WHEREAS, GOULD is the owner of land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
deacribed as followa:
The Eaet 333 feet of the South 179 feet of the North 279 feet;

The East 333 feet of the South'189 feet
of Lot 2, Block 3 of MODEL LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION
according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 41 '
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which land is hereinafter referred to a8 ParcelB I and 1 I, respectively; and
WHEREAS, LUCIE LANES is the owner of
