HomeMy WebLinkAbout0608 6. That a default under any of subject mortgages shall automatically be a
default under the other mortgages and this Agreement. The respective mort- ~
gagees shall be obligated to give the other mortgagees written notice of any
default under its reepective promisaory note and mortgage, and an opportunity
to cure such default shall be afforded for a period of twenty (20) daya following
the receipt of such notice before initiating any action of foreclosure.

Except as herein provided. all terms and conditions of the promissory
notes and the mortgages securing the same, shall remain in full force and effect.

8. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the
