21. F~ture Adrancea. Upon rcquat by Borrower, 1_e~der, at I.enders option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereo~, shall be securcd by this
Mortgage-when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes arc secured hereby. At no time shall the princiPal
amount of th~ ic~debtedness securcd by this Mongage, no1 including sums advanced in acxordance here~with to protect the
security ot this Mortgage. excaed the original amoum of the Note plus USS.
22. Rdea~a UpQn payment of all sums socured by this Mortgage, l.ender shall release this Mongage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay atl cos~s of rccordation, if any.
23. Attoraey's Fees. As used in this Mor~gage and in the Note. "attorncy's fees" shall include attomey's foes, if any, -
which may be awudod by an appellate court.
