Property, including thoae past due. All rents collxted by the receiver shall be applied 6at to payment of the coats of

21. ~tore Ad~aacrs. Upon reques( by Barower, l.ender, at I_ender's option within twenty yean from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Futuro Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenood by promissory notes stating that said notes are socured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amouot of the indebtodness socured by Nis Mortgage, not includi~g sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, exceed the oriainal amount of the Note plus USS. T~*~* ~
22. Rekase. Upan paymeat of all sums socured by this Mortgage. l.ender shall rekase this Mortgage without chugt
to Bocrower. Borrower shall pay all coats of rernrdation. if any. .
23. Attorwey's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's fces" shall include attotney's foes. if any,
which may be awudod by an appellate courl.
