The above and foregoing proposed corporation having been
presented for approval, and upon inspection thereof, the same having
been found to be in proper form and for an object authorized by the
statutes of the State of Florida in that behalf made and provided,
the same is hereby approved at Fort Pierce, St, Lucie County, Florida,
this v day of August, 1978, and from henceforth the subscribers
and their associates and successors shall be a corporation by the
name given.
The above order entered in duplicate. The original of which
shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and withdrawn for
j filing with the Secretary of State.
