We, the undersigned, hereby certify that the following
Charter has been duly authorized and accepted by a majority vote
of the officers of the Sun Grove Montessori School, a private
school, at a meeting regularly called and that the filing of
these presents with a circuit judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit
of the State of Florida represents acceptance by the said officers
of the provisions of Chapter 623, Florida Statutes, pertaining to
private school corporations. •

entity possessed of all the powers bestowed upon corporations a

~ to the Montessori method. _

~ There shall be one class of inembers, and all members shall

~ be classified as active members. Membership in this corporation

~ shall be open to any person who professes a belief in the Montessori
