FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTIUN
This cause coming on to be heard on the 9th day of August,
1978, upon the verified Petition for Adoption filed in this cause by
the Petitioners, ROBERT WILLIAM VIRNSTEIN and ELISABETH L. VIRNSTEIN,
his wife, and the Recommendation for and Consent to Adoption by the
Catholic Social Services, Inc., and the Court has determined that
the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child,
namely, DOUGLAS WILLIAM VIRNSTEIN, and that the best interests of the
child will be promoted by the adoption, and that the child is suitable
for adoption by the Petitioners, it is thereupon:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, DOUGLAS WILLIAM >

VIRNSTEIN, is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, and '
is hereby given the name of DOUGLAS WILLIAM VIRNSTEIN, by which he
shall hereafter be known; that said child, upon entry hereof, is and
E shall hereafter be the legal heir of the Petitioners, ROHERT WILLIAM
