The undersigned', having on June 28, 1978 obtained a Final
Judgment in the amount of $75.00 in the Circuit Court of the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County, Florida against one
Arthur Jones, and having further been informed that said Final
Judgment has been recorded in O.R. Book 289, Page 1801 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby acknow-
ledge the following:
1. That tre aforesaid Final Judgment is not against and
does not apply to Arthur L. Jones, Deceased, whose last known
address was 460 East Prima Vista Boulevard, Port St. Lucie,
Florida 33452.
2. That the undersigned has been further informed that his
Final Judgment referred to above is corc~ained in abstract for
property owned by Arthur L. Jones, Deceased, the legal description
of which is RIVER PARK, UNIT 4, Block 33, Part of Lots 4 and 5, St.
Lucie County, Florida, and that the Final Judgment in favor of
the Public Defender's Office and against Arthur Jones and which
appears in the abstract of~title for the property described herein
~ does not apply to the said Arthur L. Jones as they are not one and

4 the same person. The undersigned further certifies that his

z Judgment dated June 28, 1978 against Arthur Jones does not con-
€
~ stitute any lien or encumbrance of any kind against property
~
~
~ owned by Arthur L. Jones who is not the Defendant in the Final
~ Judgment referred to abvve.
