EXTENSION AGRF:EMENT
TfiIS AGREEMENT, made the August 14, 1978 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F'lorida Bankiny Corporation, '
party of the first part, and Lilly H and Kenneth L Jackson ~
Parties of the second part;

~~TITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the saici parties ~f the seconil part executed
a certain promissory note dated July 21, 1977 , whereby
~hey promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF S7'. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of Fifteen Thousand and •

the first payment coming due July 20, 1978
Interest at 9$
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
as described in mortgage recorded in O R Book 271 page 1123
public records of St Lucie County Florida

AND WE:EREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holcier of said ~

= hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of $13,500.00 due on said note be,
