nole, and that nothing herein shall effect or impair any rights
and powers which the said party 'of the first part may have thereunder
far the recovery of the said Mortgag~ Debt with interest in the case
of non-fulfillment of this agreement.
AND the parties of. th~~ second part hereby covenant that thEy will
pay the payiaents as hc~rein provided and the interest thereof at the
time specified; that they will perform anc3 observe all the covenants,
agrecments, stipulations and conditions on the part of the mortgagor
in said mortgag~ contained in all respects as if the said payments had
been made according to the terms of the mortgage. -
