KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRI:SENTS, that I, RICHARD-STEELE and
HELENA STEELE, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, constitute and appoint HELENA GRAHAM GLOVER of Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, our true and lawful attorney-
in-fact, for us, and in our name, place and stead to grant, bar-
gain, sell, convey, or contract for the sale and conveyance of the
following described property owned by us:
Lot l and 2, Block 4, less the East 15 feet
of said Lot 2, MARAVILLA GOLF PARK SUBDIVI-
SION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 5 at page 43 of the public recoYds of
St. Lucie County, Florida. -
Said Attorney-in-fact is authorized to grant, bargain, convey,

sell, or contract for the sale or conveyance of any or all of the
above described property to any person for such price or prices,
and on such terms and conditions, as said attorney-in-fact may deem
proper, and in my name, to make, execute, acknowledge, and deliver
a good and sufficient deed or deeds of conveyance, or other instru-
ment or instruments, necessary to affect such sale, conveyance, or

; 1. We grant to said attorney-in-fact full power and authority

~ to perform all acts to be done in and about the premises as herein

~ described, as we could do if personally present.

~ 2. We authorize said attorney-in-fact to request, demand, sue
