21. Future Advancea. Upon reyuest by Rorr.~wer, I.ender, at Lendcr's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgagc, may make Fuwre Ad~ances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall tx secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At na time shall the principal
amciunt of the indtbtedness seeured by this Mortgage, not including sums advancrd in accordance herewith to protect ihe

22. Rekue. Up~n payment of all sums secureci by this Ad~rtgage, Lender shal! retease this Mortgage Kethout charge
to Borrower. Borrower.shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
23. Attorney's Fees. As uscd in this Mortgage and in the Ni~te, "attorney's fees" shall include attarney's fecs, if any,
which may be awarJed by an appeltate court.
