All rents collected by Ihe receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of management of the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to. receiver's feas. premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by lhis Morigage. The rrceiver shall be liable to account only for those rents actually ~eaived. 21. Fntnre Ad~aecea. Upon request by Borrower, t_ender, at I_ender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Adva~ces to Horrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shal) be socurcd by this Martgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtodness securcd by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordance hercwith to prbtect the ~ security of this Mortgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USf. 22.
