That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideratiun of the aggreg,ate sum named in the
promissory note of even date herewith. hereinafter described, the !?iortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise. release,
and conyey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple. all of that certain tract of land of which the Mortgagor is now
seized and possessed and in actual possession. situate in Ob~i~ounty, Florida. described as follows:

thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 31, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein

~ Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances themunto belonging or in anywise
~ appertaining, and also a0 buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter erected thereon,
together with and including all of the bailers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all plumbing apparatus, fixtures,
~ appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery,
~ plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele~~ators. including passenger and other elevators, venetian
blinds, refrigerators, ranges, avmings and shutters, now or hereafter located in the building upon said land, and all other
- machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewa! or replacement of fixtures,
- machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on said premises. in connection with the completion thereof
or in addition thereto, which may hereafter be placed upon the above described land, v?fiich said ~xtures, machinery, ap-
- pliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shal) be free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims
in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a fust lien thereon.
r , TO HAVE AND TO NOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or assigned
: by the Mortgagor, or inte.~ded so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
And the mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full pow~er and lawful right to convey
~ said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that +t shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at aU times peaceably and quietly to er,ter upon,
hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from a1) encumbrances exce~t as may be herein described; that the
