BEFORE ME, the undersigned Noiary rubiic, personaiiy
appeared GEORGE P. ARMSTRONG, who upon his oath says:
1. That he is the surviving spouse of MAY R. ARMSTRONG,
sometimes known as MARY R. ARMSTRONG, who died on February 5,
1977, as shown by the certifie3 copy of her Death Certificate
which has been recorded in Official Records Book 291, page 27,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That at the time of the death of said MAY R. ARMSTRONG,
your affiant and MAY R. ARMSTRONG owned real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 15, Block 158, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE
UNIT SEVEN, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in P1at Book 14, page 24, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; j
as a tenancy by the entirety.
3. That the marriage of your af~fiant, and MAY R. ARMSTRONG
was continuous and without interruption from the time of acquiring
title to the real estate described above, until the death of MAY R.
ARMSTRONG.
4. That a Florida Non-taxable certificate relative to the ~
k estate of MAY R. ARMSTRONG is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" ;
