BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority,personally appeared
EDWIN B. ARNOLD, who being by me first duly sworn, on oath,
deposes and says: -
1. That he is a prac~icing attorney in the State of Florida,
with offices located at 131 N. 2nd Street, P.O. Box 4361, Fort
Pierce, Florida. ~
2. That he prepared that certain WARRANTY DEED dated the
9th day of December, 1977,.between BLANCHE SMITH, widow and
surviving spouse of WILLARD SMIiH, deceased, grantor, and
KENT LAWSON, grantee, conveying certain real property located
in St. Lucie County, Florida, said Deed being recorded in
O.R. Book 278, page 2020, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ' '

3. That through a scrivener's error the plat o£ FORT PIERCE
HEIGHTS was described on the legal description of the property
E being conveyed by the aforesaid Warranty Deed as having been

~ recorded in Pl~~t Book 1, page 30, of the public records of St.
~ Lucie County, Flo~ida, whereas the FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS subdivision
~ plat is in fact recorded in Plat Book 1, page 39, of the public

~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 4. That the following is the~ correct description of the

~ land conveyed by the aforesaid Warranty Deed:
~ The North 40 feet of Lot 2 and the
~ South 20 feet of Lot 3, Block 9,
FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS, a subdivision

~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
