AFFIDAVIT \
STATE OF FLORIDA .
COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER
i The undersigned, having on July 5, 1977 obtained a Final
Judgment in the amount of $946.98 plus costs of $19.00 in the
~County Court in and for Indian River County, Florida against one
JAMES FLEMIS BAILEY; and havit~g further been informed that said
Final Judgment has been recorded in O.R. Bdok 273, Page 2567 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby acknow-
ledge the following: ~
1. That the aforesaid Final Judgment is not against and
does not apply to JAMES FRANCIS BAILEY of 291 Northeast 110th
Street, Miami, Florida. ~
2. That the undersigned has been further informed its
Final Judgment referred to above is contained in abstract for
property owned by JAMES FRANCIS BAILEY, the legal description of
which is Lot 12, Block 394, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION SIX, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 36, 36A
thru 36D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
that the Final Judgment in favor of BAIRD'S CAR RENTAL and against

; ~the property described herein does not apply to the said JAMES ~

~ FRANCIS BAILEY as they are not one and the same person. The
