Joint Petition for Apprc,val of Settlement of a claim for personal~

such minor's mother and next friend, MARIE j~IGGAt4, and t~1ARIE '
WIGGAM, individually, and the Court having considered the "

testimony of the parties hereto, and beirig further advised ~
in the premises, the Court finds:
; (a) That TAMt~lY TUCHOLSKI is a minor.

, (b) That MARIE WIGGP.M is the parent and natural guardian

~ and next friend of said minor.

~ (c) That said minor sustained certain personal injuries

~ for which said minor has a claim.

~ (d) The negotiations for the settlement of this cause ~

~ have been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance ~
~ and advice of their respective counsel of record with diligent
~ ~
caution, so as to fairly compensate the minor plaintiff.

~ (e) The amount in controversy, the parties in the subject
~ matter of this cause, and any and all other jurisdictional facts
f are found to be within the authority and jurisdiction of this
