FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAL'SE came on to be heard before the undersigned
Judge of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the record,
' jury having been expressly waived by the parties and the Court
finding that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of
the_parties and having reviewed and approved the Petition sub-
mitted by MARI~ WIGGAM, as next friend of the minor plaintiff,
~I TAMMY TUCHOLSKI, and having approved the settlement for the

~ ~ minor plaintiff, the Court finds in favor of the Plaintiffs

~ and against the Defendants; and, being fully advised in the
~ premises, it is thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, TAMMY TUCHOLSKI,
~ a minor, suing by his next friend and natural mother, MARIE WIGGAM,
~ • shall have and recover of a~d from the Defendants, ED47ARD X.

~ McCARTHY, KATHRINE SHERIDAN and ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY,

~ the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000); and, '
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MARIE WIGGAM,

~ shall have and recover of and from the Defendants the sum of
- Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
