further acknowledges re~eipt of and re~ding and examination or said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and buciget, sales brochure and tloor plan, and acl~a+ledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and ma.~age-~.
ment of tlie Condominiun property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of

Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every~ provision of said Dec2ar-

minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees tliat the assessutent i.mder the
Property O~+ners' Association doc~nents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair ~ and equitable, and said Purchaser aclanoi~ledges and confirn~s
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~rnzrs' Associ-
ation has enc~anbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiw!~ parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations tuider the ~aid Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O~ar?ers' Association and said Purc]iaser assurtes the
ob2igations as to the Property O~~rners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
